How do I book a ride for my client?
By phone, email, or online — email is preferred for the fastest handling: reservations@avantelimos.com.
Which areas do you serve?
The Greater Vancouver area and the Sea-to-Sky corridor, including Whistler.
How far in advance should I book?
We guarantee every booking made at least 24 hours in advance. Last-minute requests are handled case by case — we always do our best to cover them, though availability cannot always be guaranteed on short notice.
What happens if a flight is delayed?
Every reservation includes complimentary flight tracking, and we adjust the pickup time accordingly.
What insurance and licences do I need?
A minimum of $2 million in liability insurance, plus a valid business licence and operating authority.
How do I receive trip offers?
Trip offers are sent via Limo Anywhere or email.
How and when am I paid for completed trips?
Payment is issued within 5 business days of receiving your invoice.
