Private Jet & FBO Transfers in Vancouver
Private Jet & FBO Transfers in Vancouver
Avante provides a chauffeur service for private aviation at Vancouver International Airport (YVR).
There is no main-terminal pickup point to find.
Your chauffeur and car are positioned airside, at the door of the aircraft, before you land.
You step off the plane to the car, and your luggage goes straight from the aircraft to the car.
We provide airside coordination with the FBO, flight tracking on the tail number or flight, and discretion for principals and crews.
We coordinate at YVR’s private aviation (FBO) terminals, including Million Air Vancouver, Signature Flight Support, Landmark Aviation and Helijet.

Who uses this service
Private aviation travel is not only for one kind of passenger.
The same chauffeur, vehicle and timing discipline works whether the trip is a single arrival, a crew movement or a family holiday, because the booking is built around the flight, not a fixed airport timetable.
- Principals: principals travelling for business or leisure who want a discreet, direct transfer from the FBO to a hotel, office or home, without waiting at a main terminal.
- Flight crews: flight crews moving between the FBO and a hotel or onward transport, with luggage handled and a vehicle ready for the group.
- Corporate roadshows: corporate roadshow groups using one chauffeur and vehicle for a sequence of meetings, with the itinerary held by 24/7 dispatch.
- Families arriving by private jet: families who need space for passengers and luggage, with child seats included.
- Medical and charter arrivals: medical and charter arrivals who need a calm, direct transfer and a chauffeur already positioned when the aircraft arrives.

Ground-transport connections
From an FBO arrival, the most common onward trips are into downtown Vancouver and to hotels and offices across the city.
The same chauffeur service also covers longer ground transport, including Whistler and Squamish along the Sea-to-Sky Highway and cross-border travel to Seattle, including Sea-Tac Airport.
An FBO arrival can also be the start of a longer itinerary rather than a single drop-off.
Passengers can continue to a hotel, an office or a meeting, and crews and groups can move onward together in a larger vehicle where the passenger count requires it.
