With hourly, as-directed travel, you book a chauffeur and vehicle for a period rather than for a single trip.
That makes it a practical choice when the day is not fixed in advance, because you are not tied to one pickup and one drop-off.
- Book by the hour: choose your vehicle class and your start time, with a minimum of 2 hours for hourly service.

How do I change or cancel a booking?
Contact dispatch by phone or email with your reservation details and we will take care of it.
For individual bookings, cancellations made at least 24 hours before pickup receive a full refund; cancellations within 24 hours of pickup are subject to charges.
Group reservations carry a 48-hour cancellation policy.
Do you provide child seats?
Yes.
Rear-facing and forward-facing child seats and booster seats are all available on request.
Just tell us what you need when you book, and the right seat will be ready in the vehicle when your chauffeur arrives.
Where do I meet my chauffeur at YVR?
Your chauffeur will be waiting inside the terminal holding a name board: at Level 2 Arrivals for domestic flights, and in the International Reception Lobby for international arrivals.
