Terms & Conditions
The terms that apply to every Avante reservation.
These terms apply to every reservation with Avante Global Chauffeur Services.
Bookings and Rates
All rates we quote are all-in totals.
Each total includes the base fare, gratuity, and all taxes and fees.
Your rate is confirmed in writing before you travel.
Hourly service is booked for a minimum of two hours.
Cancellations and Refunds
Individual bookings are fully refunded when cancelled 24 or more hours before pickup.
Group bookings are fully refunded when cancelled 48 or more hours before pickup.
A cancellation inside those windows is charged in full.

Reservation Changes
We accommodate change requests on a best-efforts basis.
Additional charges may apply.
Grace Periods and Waiting Time
Non-airport pickups include a 15-minute grace period.
Airport pickups include one hour of complimentary waiting time from the flight’s arrival, with a meet and greet.
Cruise terminal and FBO pickups include a 30-minute grace period from the scheduled pickup time.
After the grace period, waiting time is charged at the vehicle’s hourly rate in 15-minute increments.
Stops Along the Way
Extra stops are charged at the vehicle’s hourly rate in 15-minute increments.
Child Seats
Child seats are free on request.
Rear-facing, forward-facing, and booster seats are available.
Personal Belongings
Avante Global Chauffeur Services does not assume responsibility for personal articles that are lost, damaged, or left in the vehicle during or after a reservation.
Please check your belongings before you exit the vehicle.
Alcohol
Alcohol consumption is not permitted in our vehicles.
If this rule is not followed, the trip ends immediately and no refund is given.
Acceptance of These Terms
Booking with Avante Global Chauffeur Services means you acknowledge and agree to these terms.
Not following them may result in cancellation of the reservation or additional charges.
